The knowledge and experience that I have gained has enabled me to develop my own coaching style. I have taught all ages of golfers from the total beginner to the elite in both individual and group formats. I adopt a player centred approach in which I am able to implement a teaching plan to achieve that individuals short and long term goals. It is vital to have an understanding of that individuals learning style to be able to maximise their attainment from the lesson and build a professional rapport and sense of confidence in their coach. As a coach it is vital to understand the individual’s strengths and weaknesses to be able to motivate and promote their success.
